Elkhart Public Library strives to provide a safe and enjoyable environment in its five locations. To meet this goal for the community, the library has an adopted Code of Conduct for visitors.

Any individual who, in any way, interferes with the legitimate use of library facilities, or who disrupts library patrons or staff, may be asked to leave the library.
