Picture CaptionAT HEARING - This shows some of the 200 persons attending a public hearing in Concord Junior High School Wednesday afternoon on the proposed widening of U.S. 33, between Elkhart and Goshen. The meeting was conducted by Oral S. Craig, chief hearing officer from the Planning Division of the State Highway Commission. The majority of those present at the hearing appeared to favor the widening of the highway to four lanes, as proposed by state officials. The hearing lasted tow hours.
