9/27/1967 REGIONAL COMMITTEE -- Members of a newly organized committee meet for the first time to outline long-range plans for mental retardation in Elkhart, St. Joseph, Marshall and Starke Counties. Dr. William Klassen (seated center), professor at Mennonite Biblical Seminary, is chairman with Jean Hanrahan (seated left), planning associate for the United Community Services of St. Joseph County, assisting him.
