Unlock your potential with a library card. If you’re at least 4 years old and live inside the city limits of Elkhart or Cleveland, Concord or Osolo townships, you’re eligible for a free Elkhart Public Library card.
To get your card, complete the form on this page to get started. A current photo ID listing home address, or a photo ID and a bank statement, utility bill, or other form of address confirmation are needed for sign up. We’ll contact you when your card is ready for pickup.
Your card unlocks loads of benefits and has borrowing privileges at all other Elkhart County public libraries and the Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library. (Some restrictions may apply; please ask at individual libraries about check-out rules.)
A Public Library Access Card may be needed to check out items at other libraries in Indiana. You can purchase this card at any Elkhart Public Library location.
