Cookbook Corner: Plotting & Planning

by Marsha Eilers

CookBookNewer600The seed catalogs have arrived!  It is time to start planning what will go into the plots, containers, and raised beds.  Cooks know that the best food is fresh, and there is no fresher food to be found than that plucked or pulled from a personally tended garden.  Limited space need not be a hindrance.  Titles this month explore indoor, container, balcony, and other types of small-space gardens.  From asparagus to zucchini, produce from a backyard bed or a plot in a community garden tastes the best!
