Cookbook Corner: Organic Harvest

The Elkhart Public Library’s cookbook collection includes many titles with recipes for creating delicious dishes with your organic bounty. Most of these books have been written by chefs or nutritionists who specialize in using fresh, local foodstuffs to prepare their unique, personal cuisine.
