Celebrate 30 years of “Christmas Vacation” during Winterfest

It’s going to be a fun old-fashioned family Christmas this year at The Lerner this year with Elkhart Public Library.

Starting at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, at The Learner Theatre following Winterfest downtown, EPL with generous support from Gibson – Strength Against Risk and BABSCO Supply Inc. will be showing the 1989 classic “Christmas Vacation.”

This won’t just be another movie showing, we’re going to be booing Mr. Shirley, singing along, drum roll and cheer the lights.

Come over to The Lerner right after the parade and tree lighting to laugh out loud and be glad that your family isn’t the Griswolds.

Tickets are available now and are $12.50 but if you put in the first five digits of your library card into the promotional code box you get $4.50 off the price.

If Santa comes crashing into the Lerner on Dec. 7, he’s going to find the jolliest bunch of…people…this side of the nuthouse! Join us!

All library locations will be closed Dec. 31-Jan. 1 | Our Digital Library is always open
