The Winter Reading Challenge is back, and just like the Summer Reading Challenge, it’s open to everyone this year.

Read and bingo – you could be a winner!

For this year’s challenge, we’re doing it bingo-style. Pick up a paper bingo board at any library location (starting Jan. 2) or use our Beanstack app, available free in your device’s app store! If your child already has a Beanstack account, you’ll need to create a separate one just for yourself. You can track your bingo board on the app and check off the boxes as you go.

Read from Jan. 1 to 30, checking off as many of the activity boxes as you can. Bring your paper board in when you get a bingo for a prize drawing ticket and a reward. Get a bonus prize for a blackout (covering the entire board). Prize drawings will be at the end of the contest.

For a bingo, you’ll receive a gift to the Friends of EPL monthly book sale.

For a board blackout, you’ll receive an EPL mug.

A bingo also earns you a ticket for the prize drawing at the end of the challenge.
