Meeting Rooms

The Board of Trustees of the Elkhart Public Library invites any group of community citizens to meet in Library facilities designated for this use. All meeting rooms are located at the downtown location, 300 S. Second St.

The Elkhart Public Library Board of Trustees invites any group of community members to use our meeting rooms at the Main Library, 300 S. Second St., downtown Elkhart. The rooms vary in size and may be reserved, subject to availability, using the Library’s application process. An application can be submitted via email or fax (574-522-2174) in advance of the meeting, as described in our policy. The person signing the meeting room application must be at least 18 years old and have an Elkhart Public Library card in good standing. Please see the Library’s Meeting Room Policy for full details.

On-demand conference rooms for up to 10 people are also available, first-come first-served, at our downtown location.
