Breakfast provides a way to start each day with a healthy and nutritious meal and lays the foundation for lifelong health benefits. Adults who eat a healthy breakfast are more likely to consume more vitamins and minerals, eat less fat and cholesterol, enjoy better concentration and productivity throughout the morning, control their weight, and have lower cholesterol, which may reduce the risk of heart disease.
is especially important for children and adolescents. According to the American Dietetic Association, children who eat a healthy breakfast are more likely to: meet daily nutrient requirements, concentrate better, have better problem-solving skills and hand-eye coordination, be more alert and creative, miss fewer days of school, and be more physically active.
Start your work or school day off with a healthy breakfast for optimum success.

Use Library Extension in Google Chrome to view library titles through Amazon.com
As you browse book and e-book titles on Amazon, the Library Extension checks your library’s online catalog and displays the availability of that title on the same page. If the book is available at your library, you’ll know instantly. There’s a quick, convenient link to access and reserve the title at your library.
The Library Extension is free, but currently only works with the Google Chrome web browser. You will see availability on the same page as Amazon’s offers and reviews. It’s free and no sign-up is required. Install the Library Extension from www.libraryextension.com.
Once you have installed Library Extension, go to Amazon.com and open the Library Extension menu by clicking the bookstack icon at the right end of the address bar.
From the drop-down menus, choose your state, then your library, and click the plus sign on the right. The name of your library will show up in the space below. “Books” and “eBooks” will be checked. If you only want to see holdings for one of them, uncheck the other. Click “close” in the bottom right corner.
If you ever want to change, add or remove a library, or update your book/e-book preferences, simply click the bookstack icon.
Browse Amazon and select a title. If the library has the book, it will be listed on the right side of the screen. Clicking on the plus sign will show which library locations currently have the title available.

- Create a profile. You will be asked to sign in each time you use Mango, so you can track your progress;
- OR Click the “Start Learning” button to use Mango without creating a profile.
- Select a language course or click on the “Translate” tab, which uses the Google translation tool to interpret the ‘gist’ of conversations from one language to another. It is not a substitute for human translations.
Try the first lesson in any language on the Try Mango page.
NOTE: While it is helpful to have a microphone for a more interactive experience, you can benefit from the lessons without one.
